Zenome provides software for independent clinics to manage bookings, staff, client appointments, and day-to-day operations.
By using Zenome, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Account Responsibility
Clinics are responsible for maintaining accurate clinic information, managing access to staff accounts, and protecting login credentials.
3. Clinic Data Ownership
Clinics own their clinic and client data.
Zenome provides the software infrastructure used to manage, access, and organize that data. Zenome does not claim ownership of clinic data or client data entered into the platform.
4. Use of Platform
Users agree not to misuse the system, access another clinic's data, interfere with platform security, or use Zenome for illegal or unauthorized activities.
5. Booking and Client Responsibility
Clinics are responsible for their own appointment policies, client communications, cancellations, and follow-up processes.
Zenome is not responsible for missed appointments, cancellations, client disputes, or clinic-specific service decisions.
6. Payments
Zenome may support integrations with third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, where a clinic chooses to use those services.
Zenome does not hold clinic funds. Clinics are responsible for their own payment handling, processor accounts, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance obligations.
7. Service Availability
Zenome aims to provide a reliable service, but no software platform can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Access may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, network issues, or events outside Zenome's control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zenome is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, business loss, lost revenue, or interruptions resulting from use of the platform.
Use of Zenome is at the clinic's own risk.
9. Termination
Zenome may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the platform or violate these terms.
Clinics may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
Zenome may update these terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means the updated terms are accepted.
