How to configure tax and tips
Apply the clinic's tax rule to taxable services and decide whether clients can leave a tip.
Step by step
- 1
Open Settings and create or confirm the clinic tax rule, such as HST 13%.

Open each taxable service and assign the saved tax rule.
- 3
Open Billing Settings and enable or disable tips for the clinic.
- 4
Review a draft invoice before collecting payment.
What should happen
Tax is added on top of the before-tax service price, and enabled tips appear separately from service and tax totals.
