How to create, sell, and redeem a package

Set up a prepaid offer, activate it after payment, and apply eligible value to future visits.

Step by step

Open Settings, then Packages and Memberships, and create the package details and benefits.

Open the client Billing tab and sell the package.

Collect payment to activate the client package balance.

At an eligible checkout, apply the package and review the remaining balance and redemption history.

What should happen

The client package shows its sale, active balance, expiry, and each redemption without changing appointment records.
