How to take a Terminal payment and collect a tip

Send the selected invoice total to the default reader and let the client choose an enabled tip.

Step by step

    Open the invoice or Receive payment and confirm the selected invoices and total.

  2. 2

    Choose Stripe Terminal and confirm the active reader.

  3. 3

    Select Charge on reader.

  4. 4

    Let the client choose 10%, 15%, 20%, Custom, or No tip on the reader, then tap or insert the card.

What should happen

The payment returns to Zenome, the dashboard refreshes, and any tip appears separately on the invoice and receipt.
